Complex Personal Care is delivered by highly trained registered nurses, enrolled nurses, or experienced support workers. The support is highly individualised and includes close collaboration with the participant’s family and medical team to best manage the specific challenges posed by complex health conditions and improve the individual's quality of life.

Medical Assistance: Monitoring health conditions, managing medications and equipment.

Wound Care: Treating complex wounds, injuries, or surgical sites, ensuring proper healing.

Tube Feeding Assistance: Supporting nutritional intake through feeding tubes.

Catheter Care: Ensuring hygiene, and preventing complications of using urinary catheters, 

Respiratory Support: Assisting individuals needing respiratory assistance.

Mobility Support: Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and using aids for those with limited mobility. 

Bowel Management: Providing care and support for specific bowel care needs.

Seizure Management: Supporting individuals with seizure disorders, ensuring safety during episodes.

Complex Hygiene Assistance: Assisting with personal hygiene tasks that may be challenging due to the individual’s health condition.
